Notice to Amend Cemetery Fee By-Law

Dysart et al Council, at their December 21^st, 2021 meeting, will be considering changes to By-Law 2021-35, being a by-law to impose fees and charges for the Evergreen Cemetery. This amendment will increase the minimum care and maintenance fund/account contribution amounts effective January 1, 2022 in accordance with Ontario Regulation 30/11.
