Welcome to the Dysart et al Permit Application Portal!

The Building Department at the Municipality of Dysart et al are excited to announce that as of Monday, April 11th, 2022 we will be live with our online Permit Portal System. Through this portal, owners will be able to submit and pay for applications, review the status of their applications, schedule inspections, view inspection results, etc. all from a remote location.

The staff in the Building Department at the Municipality of Dysart et al are overjoyed to be able to offer this remote option which will benefit homeowners near and far, all while doing our part to move towards a paper free building permit process. We can’t wait for our contractors, designers, homeowners, etc. to be able to reap the benefits!

While applications will still be accepted in person, as well as via email submission, it is our hope to have majority of our future applicants utilizing the Portal System to allow for a seamless permit process.
