West Guilford Waste Disposal Site will temporarily pause acceptance of materials belonging in the construction and demolition waste stream
West Guilford Waste Disposal Site has temporarily paused the acceptance of materials placed in the construction and demolition waste stream, we will resume acceptance no later than September 29th. This closure is necessary to complete required work.
The Haliburton Waste Disposal Site (222 Industrial Park Road) will be operating on Tuesdays temporarily from 8am - 5pm.
Barry Line Road will be closed beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, east of Binscarth Trail for the replacement of Barry's Bridge. Users are asked to use Highway 118 as an alternate route.
The Haliburton Highlands Healthy Democracy Project will be holding a Dysart all-candidate meeting on Saturday, October 3rd from 9:30 AM - 12 noon at the Haliburton Legion at 719 Mountain Street, Haliburton.
