Notice of 2026 Budget Meetings

There will be a Special Meeting of Council on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. to discuss the 2026 Mayoral Budget. The Municipality has also set January 9 and February 13, 2026 to review the Budget (if required).

Fun in February

Winter in the Municipality of Dysart et al is filled with snow and ice, and bright sunny days. Passport books and a list of activities will be available on January 26, 2026. The contest runs for the month of February.

Are you a Youth considering running for Council?

The Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) is offering a series of workshops for young people thinking about running for municipal office in the October 2026 elections.

ServiceOntario Mobile Service Centre

The ServiceOntario mobile service centre is in Haliburton at the A.J. LaRue Arena parking lot every other Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering convenient access to government services.
