Celebrate the Holidays (December)

From December 20, 2024 to January 6, 2025, find the eight (8) holiday gnomes located in and around the Village of Haliburton!

How to participate

• Find a holiday gnome. They are located on 2'0" x 3'0" signs in and around the Village of Haliburton.
• Take a photo of yourself or your family or friends with the gnome.
• Email the photo to recreation@dysartetal.ca. Be sure to include your name and phone number.
• Win prizes!

Where are the gnomes?

Here are some clues where you'll find the gnomes!

1. A gnome is hiding outside of the centre that welcomes you to Haliburton, near Head Lake Park.
2. This gnome is ready to explore some art outside of the old railway station.
3. This gnome loves to use the zipline!
4. This gnome loves to snuggle up with a good book!
5. Find this gnome where indoor ice hockey is played in Haliburton!
6. This gnome is interested in Haliburton's history.
7. This gnome enjoys tobogganing down hills. You may find this gnome at Glebe Park. (Bring your own sled!)
8. Look for the gnome near the big red shoe in the Haliburton Sculpture Forest.
