Half Day Rate: $80 (Security Deposit: $50.00, Key Deposit: $20.00)

Full Day Rate: $160.00 (Security Deposit: $100.00, Key Deposit: $20.00)

Hourly: $30.00

Kitchen Day Rate: $100.00

Steam Table Day Rate: $75.00

Group Size

The Harcourt Community Centre seats 180 people theatre style, and maximum, of 140 with seating capacity (tables and chairs layout). If you are applying for a LCBO license, the LCBO allows a maximum capacity of 180 people.

Available Supplies

• Bluetooth speaker and microphone
• Bar area with ice machine and cooler
• Fully equipped kitchen, as well as hot table for rent

All groups renting or using the Harcourt Community Centre must fill out a rental agreement and provide proof of insurance or purchase LCIS insurance from the municipality should their group qualify.
