2019 Teeny Tiny Summit CANCELLED

Due to low registration numbers we regret to announce that the Teeny Tiny Summit planned for Friday, June 7, 2019 has been cancelled. Dysart et al is hosting a Teeny Tiny Summit on June 7th at Camp Medeba in the Teeny Tiny Hamlet of West Guilford in #myhalibrtonhighlands! If you have already registered and paid, we will be refunding your money via the same method as payment within 1-2 business days and a receipt will be e-mailed to you. Now Open! Spring/Summer Recreation Program Registration

Registration for spring and summer recreation programs is now open. Youth ball hockey registration will be open until Monday, March 25, 2019. Summer swimming lesson and youth softball registration are also open. Please note that the success of the ball hockey and softball program is dependent on volunteer coaches. If you are able to coach, please contact Andrea Mueller at: amueller@dysartetal.ca or 705-457-1740 x.635 to sign up. Volunteer coaches will be required to submit a Vulnerable Sector Check. Outdoor Skating Rinks

The outdoor rink in the Village of Haliburton is finally open and ready for use!  The Parks and Recreation staff experienced some delays in opening up the rink, after someone walked on the surface creating some large holes/bumps.  Thank you to all the help and support of the Rotary Club of Haliburton for making this rink a possibility.  We appreciate all of your effort!  Please note that shovels are available at the rink for clearing snow.   The “Rink closed, please stay off signs” have been removed. There is also an outdoor rink located in Harcourt behind the Harcout Community Centre.  Again we would like to extend a thank you to the volunteers that maintain the rink!  Without your dedication and effort this rink would not exist.  ...
