New Drinking Fountain Near Skate Park

Stay hydrated in this summer heat! There is a new  bottle refill station located near the Haliburton Junction Skate Park, at the side of the Municipal Office. Water testing has been done and the fountain is ready for public use. The fountain will be cleaned and sanitized daily....

Open for Appointments Only

The Municipality of Dysart et al Administration Office is now open for appointments. If there is a service you require that cannot be completed without meeting in person, please contact the appropriate staff person listed on our website at www.dysartetal.ca and they will help you out. All visitors will be screened including taking temperature. Visitors are asked to wear a mask and to provide contact information for COVID-19 contact tracing purposes if necessary. General Review – Zoning By-law 2005-120

General Review – Zoning By-law 2005-120 The Municipality of Dysart et al is undertaking a review of its Comprehensive Zoning By-law pursuant to Section 26(9) and 34 of Planning Act R.S.0., 1990, c.P13, as amended.  The review will result in an amendment to the Zoning By-law to: a) Ensure the Zoning By-law conforms to the policy provisions of the Municipality of Dysart et al Official Plan, approved by the County of Haliburton on May 18th, 2018; and b) Ensure that the planning policies of the Municipality are current and address the needs of the community.
