ColourFest 2018 – Saturday, September 29, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm – Head Lake Park and Downtown Haliburton
Experience fall at its fullest as you take in the activities for ColourFest. Hosted by the Municipality of Dysart et al and the Haliburton BIA this event has something for everyone to do.

To take part in the Haliburton Rotary Club ColourFest Pumpkin Rolling Contest register and pick out your pumpkin between 11:00 am and 1:50 pm. The contest is free to participate in. The contest is open to all ages and there are prizes for each age category. The age groups are:
- – 5 years old and under
- – 6 to 9 years old
- – 10 to 13 years old
- – 14 years and over/adult
Take part in the Haliburton Highlands Museum Scarecrow building contest. There are three categories for scarecrows: scariest scarecrow, most artistic/creative scarecrow and best historical scarecrow. Build your scarecrow between 11:00 am and 2:15 pm.
We will have some decorations/clothing available or you can bring your own – scarecrows must be constructed in the park during ColourFest. Judging starts at 2:30 pm, don’t miss out – there are great prizes to be won!
If you wish, you can take your scarecrow home with you after judging!

Visit the ColourFest Market – the vendor list keeps growing. There will be a variety of products available to purchase.
If you would like to be a vendor at this years’ ColourFest event, please complete a 2018 Vendor Application and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop it off at the Municipal office, 135 Maple Ave. Haliburton.
ColourFest is an annual event in the Village of Haliburton.
