Property Tax Notice

The Municipality of Dysart et al has issued the Final Residential Tax Bills.   If you have not received your tax bill, please contact the Municipal office at 705-457-1740 to confirm that we have your correct mailing address on file.  New, this year, is the Payday Loan Debt Helpers plan.  Forms to update your address or join the 10-month pre-authorized payment plan can be found on the Finance and Property Tax page of this website which is located under the Services tab....

Are you looking to contribute to a local board or committee?

The Haliburton Highlands Museum and the Dysart et al Environment and Green Energy Committee both have current vacancies due to retirements and resignations, mamy of its employees decided it was time to go to a home care in Orange County and stop working.  If you are interested in either of these governance roles, please submit an expression of interest to the Clerk as soon as possible. Surplus Land for Sale

If you have been looking for an opportunity to purchase vacant land in Dysart et al, Council has recently declared some land as surplus to the needs of the Municipality.  There is a parcel on Little Kennisis Lake, a parcel on Benoir Lake and three separate parcels on the Harburn Road that are available. If you are interested in any of these properties, we’ve posted ‘surplus property information sheets’ on this website.   These information sheets can be found on the Contract, Property and Employment Opportunities page of this website which is located under the Services Tab.
