The Corporation of the United Townships of Dysart, Dudley, Harcourt, Guilford, Harburn, Bruton, Havelock, Eyre and Clyde, also known as the Municipality of Dysart et al, has a seven member Council made up of a Reeve, Deputy-Reeve and five Ward Councillors. |

Regular meetings of Council shall be held at the Municipal Office in the Council Chambers on the first Monday
of each month commencing at 1:00 p.m. primarily to deal with Planning matters and on the second Monday of each month commencing at 9:30 a.m.
for all other matters. When a holiday falls on either a first or second Monday, the respective meeting will be held on the Tuesday. |

We welcome you to attend any of our Council meetings. However, anyone wishing to address Council at the meeting is required to make an appointment. |
|
|
Appointments to address Council can be made by contacting the CAO/Clerk who will advise you of the best date and time to make the presentation. Appointments must be scheduled at least one week prior to the Council meeting. Any documentation that you wish to present is to be delivered to the municipal office, also a week prior to the date of the meeting, for inclusion in the distributed Council package. |
