ColourFest – Haliburton Village

ColourFest will be on Saturday September 30 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Head Lake Park and along Highland Street in the Village of Haliburton. Stroll along Highland Street to see “Paint the Town” brought to you by the Rails End Gallery & Arts Centre.  Watch artists create pieces of work and listen to the buskers play.  Visit the downtown businesses to learn about the fall specials.  Take the horse drawn wagon ride from the Village Barn to Head Lake Park. There is something for the whole family to do.   Head Lake Park will be bustling with activity.  Visit the fall vendor market, build a scarecrow, go on a pontoon boat ride, explore the kids fun zone, roll a pumpkin down York Street, and more!...

Fall Colours 2017

With the fall colours about to hit their prime, one of our best viewing areas is at the Skyline Lookout Park in Haliburton at 196 Skyline Park Road just off of Highway 118, east of Haliburton Village. Pick up a copy of the new Dysart 150 Map to help you find this and other attractions worth checking out throughout our Municipality this fall!  Maps are $5 and are available at the Haliburton Library, the Municipal Office and the caboose on weekends....

2018 Municipal Election – Seeking Joint Compliance Audit Committee Members
